Hi. I'm Amelia Brown. I've always had a passion for cooking. As a little girl around the age of 8 I can remember playing in my Granny's kitchen as if I were a chef and making up my own recipes. I developed a love for watching food network and I am always amazed by the different recipes each one creates. I always dreamed of having my own cooking business. So, in 2020 when covid hit I took the change and did just that. I started selling plates and doing meal preps out of my mom's kitchen. Fast forward to now and here we are with Millie's kitchen that specializes in nostalgic southern cuisine and much, much more! This has been a grand beginning. Come along with me as I grow my business to include food trucks, a brick and mortar location and becoming the next level chef on food network!
